This website is a claims portal for people who received an official winner notification. Using this site does not make you a winner and is not a new sweepstakes entry. No purchase or fee is required to claim a prize.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to americancashawards.org and related pages operated by American Cash Awards, 101 Winner’s Circle, Jericho, NY 11753 (“we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and, if you are claiming a prize, the Official Rules.

1. Purpose of the site

The site is provided so that a person who received an official winner notification for The $7.5 Million American Cash Fortune Sweepstakes™ can review promotion details and start a verified claim. It is not a store, not a new sweepstakes entry form, and not a guarantee of payment.

2. No purchase, no fee

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. We will never require a fee, tax prepayment, insurance payment, or processing charge to submit or complete a claim. If anyone asks you to pay to claim, hang up and call us at 1-888-394-1942.

3. Accuracy of information you submit

You agree that information you submit is true, belongs to you (or you are authorized to submit it), and matches the official winner record where you are claiming a prize. Providing false information, impersonating a winner, or interfering with a claim may result in denial of a claim and may be referred to law enforcement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape or overload the site; attempt to access other people’s claim data; reverse engineer the claim form; or use automated means to submit claims. We may suspend access if we believe use is fraudulent or abusive.

5. Intellectual property

The American Cash Awards name, “Your Chance. Your Moment. Your Cash.™,” The $7.5 Million American Cash Fortune Sweepstakes™, logos, and site content are owned by Sponsor or its licensors. You may not copy them except as needed to use the claims portal.

American Cash Awards is not Publishers Clearing House or Reader’s Digest. Those names, if mentioned, are used only to describe the category of no-purchase prize promotions and are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Third-party services

The claim form may be hosted by our CRM provider (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel). Their processing of submissions is for our claims administration. The site may also include links to official rules or contact methods. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prize award is governed solely by the Official Rules and completed verification — not by any headline, testimonial, or marketing line on this site. Testimonials, if shown, are from other promotions or illustrative and do not mean you have won.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to $100, except that nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or Sponsor’s prize-award obligations to a verified winner under the Official Rules.

9. Telephone communications

If you provide a phone number on a claim, you agree we may call or text you about that claim. Live transfer, if offered, connects you to a claims representative. Voicemail left by us will not announce a prize amount to a third party.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Official Rules for an already-drawn promotion are not changed retroactively except as permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Official Rules control prize eligibility and award.
